🍰 Cake Recipe Method
1. Gather Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2. Mix Wet & Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, add butter and sugar and mix until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
3. Prepare the Batter
In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture and milk to the wet mixture while mixing until a smooth batter forms.
4. Pour into Pans
Grease the cake pan with butter or oil. Pour the batter evenly into the pan.
5. Bake the Cake
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the cake for 25–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Cool the Cake
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool on a rack.
7. Frost the Cake
Spread cream or frosting evenly over the cake layers.
8. Decorate & Serve
